If you are in need of assistance logging in to your ACTFL account, try these steps:
1. Check your user name and password, and ensure you are using the correct email to access your account (your work email vs. 比如你的Gmail). Reset your password as needed following the prompts.
2. If you're not sure which email you used or need to request your user name or password, call our membership help line at (703) 894-2900, ext. 1. We are live between the hours of 9am-5pm (ET), M-F. If you're calling after hours, please leave a message and our team will respond within 24 hours.
3. You can also fill out the form below or email us at membership@china-otclm.com, and a staff member will respond promptly during business hours.
4. For questions regarding tests, please contact Language Testing International (LTI). They are the exclusive licensee of ACTFL assessments. They handle all aspects of ordering and delivering the tests we develop. They can be reached via their website: http://www.languagetesting.com/contact-us/sales.
